Successful Mudra/Bandha Seminar

We were lucky to have an informative, stimulating and challenging seminar with Dr. Kausthub Desikachar from the KHYF in Chennai, India.

It was good to be practising and learning yoga philosophy and techniques again in the studios inwhich so much yoga experience has been undergone by so many people. We were grateful to Kausthub for making the trip.
